The last glacial period occurred from the period c. 115,000 – c. 11,700 years ago. Erratic boulders, till, drumlins, eskers, fjords, kettle lakes, moraines, etc., are typical features left behind by glaciers which make it possible to reconstruct the ice coverage during the last Ice Age.

We have been supported by the Swedish National Heritage board, the National archives and the Swedish innovation agency Vinnova. Also, cooperations with Wikimedia Sweden and many others, to start up.
